Your project request.
Indianapolis Countertop Works collects the details you choose to send through this website. We save your email, any name or phone number you provide, your project ZIP code, project preferences and notes in the portfolio's hosted operations database. We also save the website source, submission time and the permission notice that accompanied your request.
We use these records to review your request, contact you about the project, identify duplicates and keep a record of your choices. Access to request details requires an authorized account.
Your project plan.
If you send the project-plan form, its notes and contact information are saved with your request. You can also download your checklist to your device.
Permission before sharing.
Before identifiable details are shared with a separate business, we name the receiving business, explain the information and contact purpose, and ask for your permission. A client sees only the requests released to its current account and territory. Changing the receiving business requires a new permission decision.
Contact and marketing.
The form asks for permission to contact you about your request by email. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. An installation date, price or agreement requires confirmation with the business responsible for the work.
Website operation.
The hosting services process ordinary network and technical information to serve and protect the website. The intake system keeps limited request-protection records. We have added no advertising tracker to these pages.
Questions about your information.
Use the project form and include your request reference if you want to correct your details or ask about their use or removal. Keep payment information and other sensitive documents out of the project notes.
